The spacious property was designed for the well traveled! All rooms have kitchenettes with microwaves and mini-fridges and come stocked with dishes and utensils. Plus, the large rooms offer plenty of extra space to store your gear!
Start your morning off with a hearty complimentary breakfast buffet- a staple of the Element brand, then take a short drive to the quirky city center of Moab. Grab a coffee at the no-frills Jailhouse Cafe and stroll around the modest town center complete with a plethora of mom-and-pop shops with a variety of goods ranging from guide books to homemade candles to rock carvings. Right around the corner is a bustling food truck marketplace. We loved the variety of cuisine available and the scenic dining area with an incredible view of the surrounding mountains. We were treated to some live music at the park as local bands often play during operating hours! Our last stop was at Milt's! This burger joint deserves to be featured on Food Network's "Diners, Drive-in's and Dives". Ignore the way the place looks and get a burger, shake and fries.
Nightlife here is a little different. Moab is home to some of the darkest skies in the continental United States, meaning, over 2,500 stars are visible! Take a guided tour with knowledgeable astronomers that rotate between Arches National Park, Dead Horse Point, and Slickrock Trail (a bucket list ride for any mountain biker enthusiast) - view the schedule here. After a long day exploring Canyonlands and trails spend some time unwinding at the Element by Westin Moab.
